My LG DVD BURNER won't let me burn CD-R with less than 16x

    I need to burn PSX games with lower speed but my LG DVD Burner is an ass, and won't let me write with speed less than 16x, what gives? I know it is possible to lower the speed it's just that I don't know how and I'm also a computer newbie. HL-DT-ST DVD-RAM GSA-H22N is the burner I have.

    Please help me, I'm very desperate.
