    I have a movie file that is a Xvid with mp3 audio and i want to convert that so i can burn to dvd or vcd..i don't know what im doing really...i tried using the TMPGenc program, but i didnt get any audio out..Does anyone have and help for me?

    You need to separate the audio from the video. This is called "demuxing." Then convert the audio to a different format such as .wav or .mp2. Then you can select that audio file as the audio source when converting.
