I have just installed Nero 7.7.5.1 and have found that Sound Trax will not load either from the interface or by clicking on the .exe file in Program Files. I don't get an error message, just nothing. I have tried reinstalling and have also contacted Nero support but haven't had a reply. Any suggestions please?
Do you have anything that might be blocking pop-ups? Do you have a firewall that might be keeping Nero from calling home? Have you checked and made sure your serial number is good? Also, check the taskbar and make sure you do not have a icon for the program. Occassionally I will start NeroVision and window will open in a minimized mode. Have you had any previous Nero installs?
Thanks for the reply. I get pop ups from other programs. All of the other programs in the suite work so I assume the serial number is OK and that the Windows Firewall is not affecting it. There is only the main Nero icon in the taskbar which works fine. This is the first time I have installed Nero.
