hi gang im having trouble downloading nero clean tool.it wont save to my desk top.i installed nero 7 over an update but it didnt work so i have to unistall everything so i need the clean tool to do so but it wont download to my desk top so i can use winzip to finish.is there another way to download it or another way to delete the old nero 7 that i had previsouly in my computer?thanks. benbernie im using xp on internet ex 7
You might try Ccleaner to run the uninstaller for Nero...clean the registry and then try Nero clean tool again to finish removing all the bits and peices.
