    Does Nero convert regular mpg's and other videos to mpeg-4 playable on IPOD's? Thanks

    Click on the GUIDES tab at the top of the page, then go to
    General articles, reviews, opinions, etc

    and check out guides that are available, hopefully you should find something that will do the job for you.

    Nero Recode should do that for you.

    @saltgrass,

    Maybe you can elaborate a little further and explain to pkalkanis, how Nero Recode can do that.

    Yes as saltgrass pointed out Recode will do it.
    You would use one the the bottom to options in Recode which are for Recode Digital.
    If you have Nero 7 - the later versions also have a setting for iPods and will transfer directly to the iPod.
    Recode Digital handles a few formats too like avi & mpeg.

    Thank you. I have not upgraded to the Nero 7, or later, so I wanted to be sure that it will convert to IPOD format. Can't wait to do it. Thanks again.

    @pkalkanis
    Yep it sure will. I've used it quite a few times converting different formats to iPod.
    Need any more help just let us know!
