I have some VOB files and I have created new IFO files with IFOEDIT.

I now try to burn these onto dvd with nero and before the burn a warning message comes on saying DVD MAY NOY BE PLAYABLE.

When I play it in my computer it's fine but will not play on my standalone player.

I don't know why since I have all IfO, BUP, VOB file required.

    Thanks

Which option are you using to burn - dvd-video?

You might also want to take the vob files and run them thru Vision to make a dvd compliant dvd.

    Thanks for the reply.

I am using the dvd-video option.

By running through vision I assume you mean nero vision?
I don't know anything about running through vision, but i will check it out.

I would greatly appreciate any help you have to offer on this subject, in case I can't find what I need.

    Thanks again.

    You're welcome

Yep you're assumed right on the Nero Vision :)
Something with the ifo files created by IFOEdit that Nero or you player didn't like.
Vision will create it's own set of ifo's, bup's and make a disc that will player on your player.
Here's a guide for Vision for avi's but vob's would be done the same way - link
