Has anyone had an activation problem? I purchased the software but was only able to make one DVD. When I click on the DVD button to burn a new show it tells me it's activating the feature. It then stops and tells me it cannot activate this feature. It says the activation code you entered is already in use?? I then put in my serial number and it says that I need to purchase the software because its already in use on this computer??? Can anyone help??
Hi, With mine i had to activate it online before i could use the burning features and if you're having problems with yours, you could try uninstalling and re-installing again. After uninstalling, clean your sysyem & registry with free CCleaner Instal your photoshop deluxe again and activate it online. Hope this helps
