i have upgraded to nero 7 and the program started acting up, so i uninstalled the program and tried a fresh install. each time i try to re-install the program it reboots the computer right when it tries to register the modules. Any help is greatly appreciated. i have also tried install the older version that too now reboots once it reaches the " registering modules.
Have you run the clean tool for Nero 7? If not, use it to uninstall and then reinstall. There are also some other utilities you could try if the clean tool did not work. http://www.nero.com/nero7/enu/Utilities.html When you think you have uninstalled, do a search for any Nero or Ahead folders. Let us know what you find.
