I have Nero Burning OEM updated to version 6.3.1.25 I bought this plug in on Nero's web page on 9-21-2004 I was given an order number and my credit card was charged $26.34,so far nothing has happened,I've sent two email's to sales@nero.com and got no response to this problem. What am I doing wrong? what do I need to do? Many thanks! Ed
What bundle of Nero OEM did you have? Were you not able to burn DVD-Video before? If you had an OEM 2 or OEM 3 bundle, then you would have had this DVD-Video Plugin already. Are you sure you gave the correct Email address? Many times we are provided incorrect email addresses and this prevents us from sending the customer the link.
