New DVD Burner, Nero won't recognizes it!!

    I just bought a New DVD Burner (an external NEC) and finished all the install procedures for it. Then I went to install Nero that came with it, and that finished fine. The problem is the Nero only recognizes my first two drives (a Cd burner, and a DVD-rom) and I've done all I thought I could to try to get Nero to see it. Assisstence Please?

    In reviewing over this I have found that Nero recogizes my two first drives as primary and seconadry, so how do I get my new DVD burning drive to recognized as either?

    i presume windows sees the external drive. check nero site for program update(s) & faq
