no audio in mpeg2

    I converted from a .avi to a mpeg2 using tmpgenc plus with template svcd(PAL) but the
    resulting .mpg file not has audio.
    somebody can help me?

    You'll have to convert again but this time, you are going to decompress the audio in the avi before you use TMPGEnc!!

    Open the avi in VirtualDUB - http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/video_tools/virtualdub.cfm

    1. Click video - Direct Stream Copy.
    2. Click Audio - Full Processing Mode.
    3. Click Audio - Compression, select No Compression PCM and click OK
    4. Click file - save avi!!

    The file saved will be bigger in filesize but will be better with TMPGEnc and this usually solves all sound issues!!
