Was it working before last Thursday? what cable company are you on? what message are you getting on screen?
Hi digitalTV, sorry for my last post i was just running out to work hoping for a few replys. First of all yes it was working before thursday last, NTL Dublin is my cable com. when i turn on the D'Box the menu dielog box appears so i go to parental lock put in my code and nothing happens when i press the red button cant acsess the hidden menu, when i try to auto install get message no channels installed. i hope this is enough info for you and thanks for your reply.....take care!
