i have the basic nero 6 that works with dvd shrink. when i try to add(draging) a video file i get a message no compatible file found. also when i try to pull it up in the add viveo box the box don't see it that is why i tried to drag it. could it be in the wrong format? i downloaded it from the net. thanx granbn
Hi granbn Are you talking about Shrink not recognizing the file? Shrink will only do dvd compliant files - most from the internet are avi's, iso's, bin & cue which Shrink can't handle. Nero Vision though can convert avi's, wmv's etc to dvd compliant video. Do you have Vision Epress listed in under applications in Smart Start?
