it says can't unlock restriction... is there any other way to unlock? thru cable?? or any other code?
You Used up all your free tries!! Take the mobile to your local shop and ask if they do a direct unlocking service. “Cannot undo restriction” or “Not allowed” means. After you have made 5 attempts or even 3 attempts on newer phones and failed, the phone displays that message, meaning that the phone is "hard locked." At this point, you will still be able to use phone with the original provider, but you will not be able to unlock it by codes.
but i only tried it twice and the restarted...... it's showing this msg from the first attempt. pls advice.
Try another sim in the phone it could be unlocked already. The option you have for unlocking is that you can check in your local area for someone that provides unlocking of hardlocked phones or http://unlocknokia.byyourcommand.net/viewtopic.php?t=4399
