hi all. I've purchased the BenQ dw1800 burner but everytime i load a cd or dvd my system hangs. i cant wath videos or view anything on any printable media. but once i eject the dvd my system works fine. has anyone had this kind of problem before? if so how did you sort it out? thx in advance
