Please help fix girlfriend's sound

    Hey guys, I did a bad thing lol. My gf's desktop was pretty well screwed so I reinstalled Windows w/ a boot CD from school, assuming that she still had the HP driver's CD, but she didn't. At any rate, after installing windows on a new partition so that her old files would stay put, we don't have sound and the driver on HP's website is not fixing the problem. From what she tells me it's a HP Pavillion A800 desktop (I'm at college so I can remote access but can't see the actual machine). I'd appreciate any help

    try going to hp's website and looking for the drivers. they will have everything you need there.

    I'm sorry I thought it was a800, it's actually an a000 and has no letters after that from what she tells me...any ideas?
