programs on my computer?

Do anyone know what i can used to find out whats installed on my computer beside looking into my add/removed section? i want to know whats running in the back ground etc.

 

Look for a program called Hijack this.

 

i used Adware Away (hijackers) and it said i had (0)

I would look into WinPatrol. This program will allow you to see what is installed, what is trying to be installed, and what is changing on your computer.

It is a real time program that continuously runs in the background and will alert you if anything "suspicious" happen. It will also tell you what all those programs that you see in Task Manager do and who created them.

i know this is not free but hwat about Add/Remove Platinum 2004 1.0.6

 

adaware by lavasoft
spybot search and destroy
and spyware blaster for prevention

i use all 3 and never any problems especially due to spyware blaster
