    Hi,

I've got my computer hooked to my HDTV with a hdmi cable. Whenever I watch something i get these random speedups which fast-forwards the movie about 3-4 seconds. They only happen once or twice each movie and usually near eachother. It dosen't matter if i watch a hd movie in a mkv container or a normal dvd, it always happens. So I wonder if anyone has the same problem or know of a soulution to it? Thanks for any help.

Are you using a 1.3 rated HDMI cable?

I'm using one of the brand Profigold. It is supposed to support 1.3 but not guaranteed up to 10 meters, which is what i have. Do you that could have anything to do with it?
