Restory Factory EVERYTHING

I was wondering if I could re-flash all the default software/settings.
I must have done something that I wasn't supposed to, as I cannot access the "Personalization" menu. Nor can I listen to music/sounds. However, when My phone rings, the ringtone plays, but when I play the ringtone from the music/sounds menu, I can hear nothing. So my question is: can I reflash the original everything onto my phone.

Yeah, just find the appropriate monsterflash pack, but judging by your question you didn't back up your phone before you modded it?

A direct link would be very helpful, as I have looked on motomodders but cannot find anything that is compadible with my SW version (R4515_G_08.BD.43R), or doesn't that mean anything? Anyway, when I download a firmware and try to flash it to my phone using RSD Lite, it just says failed after a bar of loading. What am I doing wrong.
