runtime error 53

    i am getting a runtime error 53 when i try to start eazy vcd. i have recently reinstalled windows xp and all the aspi layers. i tried to email the administrator but to no avail. does anyone know why this is happening?? and how do i fix it??

    hey dela...I tried to install the c++ and it said a valid one was already in place. Also tried to do a windows repair after unistalling the eazy vcd and the reinstalling it after...still to no avail...any other ideas??? this is really frustrating... and once again...thanks in advance

    Sorry that is the only thing i can think of right now. That is what fixed those errors for a lot of people I helped out!
