ok i got them downloaded

gonna grab this lead in the morning then i will give this a blast

 

ok got the lead, ran the software, got the box to say flashing

but the software goes for like 2 mins then says there was a problem

whole bunch of german words with the word "firewall" in the middle...all firewalls are switched off, and were at the time

its saying it cannot connect to the box (timeout) when i hit help

this is really starting to p**s me off now

the guy i bought it off is replying top me on ebay, 4 days i had the damn thing, he had a 7 day return policy

 

just tried again, this time i left the box for 15 minutes even after the IFA software appeared to be doing nothing, after about 12-13 minutes the box said flashing done, rebooted the box and still...kein system...grrrrrrrrr

that was done after less than 30 seconds, but i left the box running until it came up flashing done, but still it says kein system


just an FYI, in the very bottom corner of the IFA software it says pinging dboxII...Failed! it says that from as soon as the window opens, but the box, and the software appear differently


please someone help me

 

i got it going, what i was doing was cancelling the process after the IFA said complete, on off chance i left the box for 15 minutes and it came up flashing done

so i am away, used commande 8 first, but then switched to sportster 1.1

its still not perfect, the original sportster image was a lot better, im hoping the ebay seller will send me the image
