Was wondering if it's possible to salvage video recorded on a DVD+/-R home recorder (one that works like a VCR) without a title list. Was recording a game for work, and the power went out during the record, thus a title was not created on the DVD. I tried recording a couple seconds of black in order to create a title list in hopes it would recognize the video already recorded, but it did not work. The recorder is the Samsung DVD-VR 330 using Verbatim DVD-R media. Thanks in advance.

Normally, it is only when the disk is finalized in the recorder that it can it be read on the PC.
If the disk cannot be finalized and there is data on it, then there is a program called 'CD Roller' (it isn't free) that might possibly recover the data.
