I'm in XP x64 right now so I can't check (no 64bit flash plugin), but the live http headers plugin should work. Not the most user friendly way to download embedded media, but it should work where others fail. In fact it should work for everything on any site. Open the live headers tab, then load the link, check the captured headers and the link to the video should be there (along with a bunch of other stuff).
