STOR - can't copy ( avi ) 700mb video file to xbox requests STOR?? please help if you can

hi there, got a little problem, usually my video files FTP to my xbox without a problem, but sometimes i get the error message

File error (/F/Video/Ocean's Twelve.avi):
Request: STOR /F/Video/Ocean's Twelve .avi Response: 426 Connection closed , file opening failed.
Succesfully retrieved 0 files.

the file transfer doesnt take place it just goes straight to this message, i would say this happens to a good third of my movies, and i just cant transfer them, i think i need STOR or something,

anyway if you know how to solve this puzzle please do, would be a great help to me, chears Ash

I have no idea why I get this problem, but I tend to get it every once in a while. Sometimes I can restart Windows and get it to work.

If all else fails, copy the files to DVD-R/RW and use Xbox Media Center's "My Files" option to copy the files to your Xbox.
