TMPGEnc error: Can't load "P3Package.dll"

    I am getting this error message when trying to encode my file. Any suggestions?

    This is because all of the Files that come with Tmpgenc are Not in the Same Folder...All of the Tmpgenc files have to be in a Folder includeing the Main EXE file which can not be sitting on your desktop as a shortcut, and one of thos files has to be the "P3P Package.dll file...
