   My computer can't open any version of Tmpgenc...
   I unninstaled and reinstaled tmpgenc 3.0 xpress, but it gives me an error message "TMPGENC4XP has encountered a problem and needs to be closed.
   
   Please, help me, I'm desperate!!!
