Hey i am trying to back up a DVD and i am using nero although everytime i use it it says that there is a copyright on it and cant copy it. I've heard people in other forums talking about using nero to burn dvds. I cant figure it out, can someone please help me?! Thanks!
nero itself cannot backup a dvd. you need something like dvd shrink. shrink will remove the copy protection, and compress it to fit on a dvd-r. after it processes it, then you can burn it in nero. try this guide: http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/dvd9_to_dvdr_with_dvd_shrink.cfm
Hello ILoveAD. Nero won't take off the copywrite.Myself and many others here use dvd shrink 3.2 to do this. You can download dvd shrink free here at AD.Between nero and dvd shrink,i have no problems with backing up my dvd collection.You can check out the guides on the top tab of this page.
