Hi All: I reviewed the guides relating to the subject but could not find instructions for what I need. I want to convert downloaded .ts files to a format which can be transferred to a thumb drive or CD for playback in a standalone DVD player.
Have you tried just plonking the video_ts folder directly to the thumb & attempt to play it or dump the files from the video folder onto thumb & play. if it won't play automatically use dvd player nav screen & go directly to the FILE video_ts inside video_ts folder or to video_ts file if files are dumped to flash drive & hit play
Are these .ts files transport streams (TV recordings) - generally a standalone DVD player can handle only DVD movies or perhaps DivX format.
