My wife, daughter and myself were with Cingular. When we transferred our account to t-mobile we did not move my daughters account with us. My daughter now wants to use her phone. cingular will not unlock the sim in her phone and the guy at t-mobile customer service said it can be done with out their help. He wasn't allowed to go into detail. Can someone tell me where to go for free to get this accomplished so I can put her on a pre paid minute plan versus adding her to our account? She is only 11 I but want her to have it in case of an emergency. Thank you, Gary
Hello, A simcard can not be unlocked. If you are talking about the pincode, sorry there is no other way then contacting your operator. If you are talking about phone unlocking then please tell us what model. WBR
