i got this new viewsat i guess they got zapped but mine was not even plugged in or being used at the time does that mean mine will still work??

 

Yeah yours will still work just fine.

you will probably have to get it re-programmed before using it though. They did not get Zapped, being zapped renders the unit useless.

 

you mean a program code?what is the pin code,do i need one?

 

we are also trying to put the satelite up any help on getting a signal?what will it do if i get a signal.

go here or here and do some reading and searching in the forums. There is alot to learn, but it's pretty easy and these sites dedicated solely to FTA is where you should be.
