i am using windows media player, the version built in to vista, and all of a sudden, my whole library went missing.

when i try to add the files by going to monitor folders, it adds the folde,r then i click ok, and nothing happends.

The monitor folders list is just empty, and this happends everytime.

I also tried a system restore but it dodnt work.

I went to the microsoft media player site, but there is only a download for xp, i could not find the link for vista.
Any ideas how to fix this?

    Thanks

go to where u add and remove programms and reinstall the media player , u can do this by "remove a windows component" , or format your whole computer
