   I'm updating my laptop as it needs it because it is brand new. It downloads the updates up until it is almost complete and then it just stops, and then freezes. What's wrong?
   
   Oh, and I've just installed a copy of Office 2007 that my friend gave me... This wouldn't be because of that would it?
