Have a concert that with the vob's is 6.7 gb. A lot of stuff in the file I would like to delete and then rar. Is their a program to help me delete the stuff not needed (like interviews) without causing all kinds of problems and still be a viable rar to then open and copy? Any help appreciated.
Use TMPGEnc DVD Author Pro to import the DVD files and edit out what you don't need in the 'edit' screen then save the files to a folder. http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/tsunami_mpeg_dvd_author_pro_guide.cfm If you want the result to fit on a regular DVD, use DVD Shrink to shrink the files from the previous step. http://www.mrbass.org/dvdshrink/ You could use DVD Shrink to edit the files, but you can't hear the audio during the 'Re author' step.
