I just want to copy all my DVD's to my hard drive and be able to watch them from there on my monitor. is that possible and if so can someone please give me or tell me where I can find step by step instruction on how to do it. I dont want to burn them onto a new disc, I just want to be able to store all my movies onto my hard drive and watch them from my pc. thanks

I dont suggest just ripping the DVD's to your hdd as it will soon fill up if you have plenty of movies. Ripping should only be the first step The next step would be to compress the file.(Therefore allowing more movies to fit on your hdd)
