I took a perfectly sync'd mpeg file and converted it to DVD with DVD-LAB. My end result was a DVD with the audio being 2 seconds ahead of the video.

I demultiplexed the VOB file and got a separate video and audio file, but I need to remultiplex the file back with software that allows me to set the audio or video, 2 seconds ahead.

    What can do this ?

ReJig will do this. You can offset the timing of audio vs video.

DVDLab has a built in audio delay. Use it.
