What's the best cable box to have with only Internet and no dish?

Hi, whats the best cable box to have with only an Internet connection and no sat dish? I don't want to pay anymore money out ones I've bought the box.?

 

Kryptview, buy the box and off ya go, Starview buy the box and then pay for using it, both have their issues, but the kryptview, yer not paying anymore after ya buy it
