intel pentium dual core processor t2080 (1.73ghz, 1mb l2 cache)
    intel core duo processor t2250 (1.73ghz, 2mb l2 cache)

wat makes dual core different from core duo or are they just the same? my other question is wat does the '1mb/2mb l2 cache mean'? thanks in advance guys!

the second one is better because it has 2mb of L2 cache, more L2cache will allow the processor to hande more complex data.

i am also pretty sure that the bus speed is faster on the second one

As is the overall MIPS per Ghz.
Overall the T2250 is by far the better CPU.
