Will this P5B Motherboard work well with these parts???

id go with the asus p5k, p5b(e or DX) or the ds3R <-----note the R (DDR3 ready)

 

I think I've been there (p5X) stuff.

Thanks, because of the separate PSU, I need to watch some prices. My friend has E6600 and X1900XTX and he uses that Antec case with built in PSU and he says Antec makes good PSUs.

 

The DS3R is a completely new chipset, so we have no idea how good it is. I may well be as good as the previous DS3, but we don't know that yet.
Antec make OK power supplies, but the ones with cases are still the cheap ones that may be questionable. Going with a separate PSU (as long as it's a good one) is always a better option.
