Will you still get banned even if you don't have a xbox live account and you try to update the game with modchip on?

    Does anyone know if I still get banned by doing that?

    I don’t have xbox live but I don’t think you can even do anything on line without an xbox account. Best bet, subscribe to the xbox magazine and get the updates from the free DVDs that come with the mag., if they have em, otherwise download the free updates from other users and ftp em in.
