Win Xp Pro

I need help getting into win. get error message windows is being prevented from checking license. error message code 0X80070002. Windows won't load.

That error usually means that the system drive letter has changed or the default security provider has changed.

To fix it you will need to boot into safe mode (Press F8 when you turn your comptuer on

Click Start -> run and type 'regedit' (without 's)

Find

HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\Cryptography\Providers
HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-20\Software\Microsoft\Cryptography\Providers

And delete both of them.

Restart your comptuer.

Hopefully that fixes it.
