    Hello,

I'm hoping someone out there can help me with this one. I have a DVD, "Night at the Museum", that I can not play on my DVD-ROM. I insert the disc and after about 30 seconds nothing happens. I go to My Computer and right click to Explore and Windows gives me an error "Please insert a disc into Drive E". Other DVD's play without issue. This DVD also plays on a stand-alone player with no problems. Also, this is a store bought DVD brand new.

    Please advise.

    Thanks

I would double check that the drives IDE cables didnt become dislodged. I would also check to make sure that AutoPlay is enabled.
