Xbox HDD Problem...Failed to lock.. Please HElp!!

    I dont know what i did, but on my original xbox dash whenever i try to run retail kernal...it gets error 05 which means that it cant lock hdd. I tried to lock it using my Xenium Ice OS but it says failed to lock hdd. Also when i try to run Evox or Xecutor i get error 13.. Can anyone help please?/

    Is the hdd you are using the retail hdd, or is it a larger one. I had the same problem with a larger hdd i put in, it wouldnt lock. So i just stayed with the retail hdd. Some hdd's arent compatible with the xbox architect.
