I have a softmodded xbox and i am trying to upgrade my hdd my first try was with an 80gb western D which i got cocky with and locked with the wrong hdd key and i cant remember it. Well now im trying with a 30gb western hd.

I would just use my eeprom with xboxhdm but my first computer gets the hd frozen error, so i tried on my second pc and it got the "cant find cd" error. So I use the floppy disc method and type it all in manually. Well I was wondering which of these to I use as the lock code:

    Disk Serial Number : "WD-WMA9N9202196"
    Disk Model Number : "WDC WD80EB-28CGH2 "
    HDD Key : a9:d4:db:73:fd:97:bb:00
    37:52:7e:62:ad:d2:d0:a2
    f2:39:44:63:00:00:00:00
    00:00:00:00:00:00:00:00

    HDDLockDisablePassword a9 d4 db 73 fd 97 bb 00 37 52 7e 62 ad d2 d0 a2 f2 39 44 63 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00

If you type the code in you WILL lose the drive. If you make one typing error you will not be able to remember what the error was and the drive will be a paper weight. ALWAYS use the CD, if it can't find the CD you are doing something wrong!
