it sounds like your laser is gone. you could try cleaning the laser and the fan it works sometimes also try to adjust your laser aswell.
How do i clean the laser, do u mean lense by lazer. Also how do I clean the fan and how do i rotate the lazer. I apologise for my stupidity lol Thanks for helping so far but if u got any more help i would be thankful. lol Shaq123
You can buy a laser replacement or adjust the laser yourself. Both are tough and only a short term fix, I suggest you upgrade to a Samsung drive. No other drive works better than a Samsung.
