xbox won't eject

I have a modded xbox it works but now it won't eject. what do i need to do to fix it?

Have you tried when the modchip is disabled?

 

yes i have tried it with the modchip disabled. i also tried to manually eject the dvd tray. i replaced the dvd drive with a pc nec dvd drive. the games all play but when i ftp into the box i only see the video folder. what dvd drive is recommended as a replacement?

 

If you want to play original games as well as backup games you'll need an original xbox dvd-drive!

 

I think you can replace your old xbox drive for a new sansung. go to this link. it will explain how to replace it
