I have a dvd ram multiburner that I bought for file backups among other things. I didn't have a problem when I had sp1 but now windows claims it doesn't recognise the disk. The message instructs me to erase the disk (it's already blank but ok) and still doesn't recognise it. Stupid @#$% windoze. I just want to make a backup of some files etc. Does anyone have an idea how I can fix this?
