I downloaded a program in Cue and Bin file format. All was zip by Winzip format. When I tried to unzip the files to burn them, the process is looking for a password to unzip the files that are encrypted. How do I get around this or find the password so that I can burn this program? Thanks!

Oh my m8 (hehe). Well if you downloaded the zip file from a website then go back and look at the fine print for any passwords. if you downloaded from a p2p file sharing client then jump aboard, type in what the name of the zip file is and see if maybe you can find a text or nfo file. Er, good luck!

LOL, I think this has happened to me once or twice haha.... those were fun times. Like Shoey says you can go back and look around or better yet, grab a password breaker and a cup of coffee.
