I found an iphone 5S on the street yesterday.

It is working altough i can not do anything because it is locked by icloud original user data.

Is there anyway to unlock it?

The notification center on my iPhone 4S is missing government alerts and I want to turn off Amber Alerts because I use the siren for home security at night. I scroll to the bottom of "notification center" and I do not have government alerts or amber alerts. Both my iPhone 4 and my iPhone 6 have "notifications," with a red icon, instead of "notification center," with a gray icon.

Question is where in the settings do I find amber alerts/government alerts, emergency alerts?...

The itunes app wants me to sign in with a super old ID. I go to settings and change the itunes ID.

The app still wants me to sign in with the old ID. Is there something I can do other than uninstall and install 15 apps under my current ID?

?? Maybe you have to set up family sharing between an old and new ID?
