I know it may sound silly, but I found my old phone and charged it, surprisingly it works.... but ...

It came from T-Mobile USA years ago and I'm trying to use a SIM Card from T-Mobile and getting:

So dilemma is: it's a T-Mobile phone and a T-Mobile SIM card ,, still getting this error...
