1 click dvd copy problem pls answer...

    i want to burn a dvd(hard drive-DL) to a dvd(Burning-4.5gb)

    when i press start everything goes fine...
    but when it gets to 50% he says it is done.
    but when i check it's only 2gb large instead of 4gb....

    any help pls? i only have this problem with 1 dvd and i really want to burn it..
    i use D-tools to mount and then burn...
